The lodges are situated approximately 80km from the Phalaborwa gate of the Kruger National Park
Day trips to the Kruger National Park can be booked through us.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
• VAT
o All prices exclude VAT.• Booking, Billing and Payment
o The person / entity making the booking will be invoiced for the entire trip / hunt and is responsible
for settling the account in full. Accounts will not be split.
o No discount will be given for cash due to the additional risk and cost of handling.
o A VAT invoice will be provided.
• Injured Game
o Due to the nature of the activity injured and lost animals are an unfortunate reality.
o All animals deemed by the guide to be injured will be charged at full price.
o For the sake of clarity, an animal will be assumed to be injured if there is:
a clear sound of bullet impact, or
a clear response of the animal to the bullet impact (jumping, dropping etc), or
blood spoor is located
o Every effort will be made to track and locate the injured animal – up to a maximum time of 90
minutes, at which point it will be deemed to have been lost
o Bullet strikes anywhere on the animal will be deemed to be impact – including the horns
o If, during the course of the days hunting, a freshly wounded animal is identified and not claimed by
an individual hunter, it will be added to the group account.GAME

Accommodation prices 2025
Self-Catering Accommodation (excluding VAT):
- R 900 per hunter per day
- R 675 per non-hunter per day
- Children under 5 free
- We can accommodate 8 people
- 4 hunters in the field at one time
Rates include:
- Linen
- Dishwashing
- Drop off and collection of hunters and animals
- Skinning & trophy preparation
- Slaughter & cold room facilities
- Hunting & transportation permits
- Braai wood – 1 load per hunt (additional loads will be charged at R750 per load).
- Meals can be supplied on prior arrangement at an additional cost
Payment conditions:
- Full payment of accommodation is required to confirm booking
- Any game hunted is payable prior to departure
- Cash and EFT facilities are available
- VAT is payable on all accounts
- All damages and specialized cleaning will be paid for in full before departure.
Cancellation policy:
- 4 weeks or longer before date of arrival – 100% refund
- 2 to 4 weeks before date of arrival – 50% refund
- Less than 2 weeks before date of arrival – no refund
