Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits made through BiltongJagter.co.za are strictly non-refundable. This deposit secures your booking and compensates for the administrative efforts undertaken by our team. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in your travel plans, dissatisfaction with the services provided by the farm, or cancellation of your trip. We strongly advise all clients to carefully review their booking details and ensure their plans are confirmed before proceeding with the deposit payment.
Responsibility of Farm Owners: Farm owners listed on BiltongJagter.co.za are expected to provide the services as described on our platform. They are responsible for maintaining the quality of the accommodation, hunting experiences, and any other services advertised. In the event of any disputes or grievances, BiltongJagter.co.za will not mediate or intervene; such matters should be resolved directly between the client and the farm owner. We encourage clients to communicate openly with the farm owners before and during their stay to ensure all expectations are met.
